a Municipal Corporation,
an easement for Sewer Main purposes, ten feet (101) in width,
in, over, under, across and through the real property described
as Parcel 1 as bequeathed to Charles R. Williams, in the matter
of the Estate of Guy Williams, decree of Settlement of Account
and Final Distribution, filed with the County Clerk of Orange
County, California, on July 3, 1953, the center line of which
is described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the southerly line of said
j Parcel 1, thereon N ae 521 W 5.21 feet from the southeasterly
corner of said Parcel 1, said corner being in the westerly
line of the 60 foot right-of-way of the Atchison, Topeka &
Santa Fe Railway; thence from said point of beginning N 160
091 W 987.95 feet, parallel with and 5.00 feet westerly,
measured at right angles to the westerly line of the right-of-
way of the Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fe Railway, to an inter-
section with the northerly line of said Parcel 1, distant
along said northerly line N 890 521 W 5.21 feet from the north-
