EASEMENT
For valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, (1, IM
CHARLES R. WILLIAMS, a married man, as my separate property,
hereby irrevocably offer to dedicate to the CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO a perpetual easement and
right of way for STREET AND HIGHWAY purposes in, on and over all that real property situated in the
City of San Juan Capistrano, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
The southwesterly 12,5 feet of that property more particularly
described as follows:
13eginning at the most southerly corner of a Record of Survey,
in 3ook 45, page 28, recorded in the office of the County Surveyor,
County of Orange, State of California, said corner being the true
point of beginning; thence N X80 14' 00" W, 322.75 feet; thence N
600 35' 10" E, 238.13 feet; thence 3 260 22' 57" E, 146.84 feet;
thence N 600 35' 10" E, 207.61 feet; thence S 140 47' 00" E, 178.06
feet; thence S 600 35' 10" 'N, 343.52 feet, to the point of be=inning.

may be accepted by Resolution of the City Council of said City
whenever, in the judgment of said Council, the property is
needed for street and highway purposes.
It is further understood and agreed that upon such aeceot-
ance by said City, it shall mail or deliver a copy of its resolution
of acceptance to the then owners at the address shown on the
latest secured a ssessment roll in the County when said property
is located, and within 60 days thereafter said owners shall rs-
move any and all permanent structures that are affixed to the
above described strip of land, and if same are not removed
within said 60 day period said owners shall hold the City of San
Juan Capistrano free and harmless from any and all liability
for its destruction or removal of same.
It is further understood and agreed that this offer is irre-
vocable and shall be absolutely and perpetually binding upon
the undersigned owners, their heirs, successors and assigns.

5 A regular meeting of the City Council of the City of San Juan Capistrano,
8 California, was held April 22, 1963, at 7:30 P.M.. The following named
9 members being present: William A. Bathgate, Mayor; Carl E. Buchheim,
s Eric F. Cliff, Don Durnford, Antonio (Tony) M. Olivares and the City
9 Clerk.

13 On motion of Councilman Durnford, duly seconded and unanim-
14 ously carried, the documents submitted by Mr. Charles R. Williams, for
15 the irrevocable offer to convey easement for street and highway purposes,
18 all in accordance with the provisions and regulations as set forth in
17 the Subdivision Ordinance of the City of San Juan Capistrano, Ordinance
18 No. 56, were received and accepted, and the City Clerk was instructed
19 to record said documents,with the County Recorder of Orange County, in
20 the name of the City of San Juan Capistrano, California.
