5 Foot Easement for Water Main Purposes

FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
CHARLES R. WILLIAMS, as to an undivided one-half interest,
and
DOROTHY M. WILLIAMS, his wife, as to an undivided one-half interest,
DO HEREBY GRANT T0:
(1) Sue. Tr. U. D. T.
dated May 7, 1957: MYRON ROY SMITH and RICHARD ALLEN SMITH
(2) OSO RANCH COMPANY, a partnership
(3) BATHGATE AND BATHGATE, INC.
an easement for the installation, maintenance and operation of a 12" A. C.
Pipe water main, Five feet (5') in width, across the real property described
as Parcel 1 as bequeathed to Charles R. Williams, in the matter of the Estate
of Guy Williams, decree of Settlement of Account and Final Distribution,
filed with the County Clerk of Orange County, California on July 3, 1953,
the center line of which is described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the Southerly line of said Parcel 1, distant
thereon N 89° 52' W 15.63 feet from the Southeasterly corner of said Parcel
1, said corner being in the Westerly line of the 60 foot right-of-way of the
Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fe Railway; thence from said point of beginning
N 16° 09' W 981.41 feet, parallel with and 15 feet westerly, measured at
right angles to the Westerly right-of-way line of the A.T. & S. F. Railway,
to the center line of a Stand Pipe 3 feet (3') in diameter, located along
said parallel line 6.55 feet from its intersection with the Northerly line
of said Parcel 1, distant along said Northerly line N 890 52' W, 15.63 feet
from the northeasterly corner of said Parcel 1. The side lines of said
easement shall be lengthened or shortened as required to terminate in the
Southerly boundary of said Parcel 1.
Containing 0.113 of an acre of land.
