5 Foot Easement for Water Main Purposes

FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
CHARLES R. WILLIAMS, as to an undivided one-half interest,
and
DOROTHY M. WILLIAMS, his wife, as to an undivided one-half interest,
DO HEREBY GRANT TO:
BATHGATE AND BATHGATE, INC.
an easement for theinstalla ion maintenance and operation of a 12 A. C.
Pipe Water Main, Five feet (5') in width across the real property described
as Parcels 1 and 3 as bequeathed to Charles R. Williams, in the matter of the
Estate of Guy Williams, Decree of Settlement of Account and Final Distribution,
filed with the County Clerk of Orange County, California, on July 3, 1953, the
center line of said easement is described as follows:
Beginning at a point in Parcel 1 S, 16° 09' E 6.55 feet from a point in
the Southerly line of said Parcel 3, distant thereon N 890 52' W 15.63 feet
from the Southeasterly corner of said Parcel 3, said Southeasterly corner
being in the Westerly line of the 60 foot right-of-way of the Atcheson,
Topeka and Santa Fe Railway; thence from said point of beginning N 160 09' W.
605.29 feet to an intersection with a line drawn parallel with and distant
2.50 feet Southwesterly, measured at right angles to the diagonal right-of-
way line of the A.T.&S.F. Railway bearing N 32° 09' W; thence N 320 09' W
27.21 feet, along said parallel line to an intersection with a line drawn
parallel to and distant 2.50 feet Westerly, measured at right angles to the
Westerly right-of-way line of the A.T.&S.F. Railway, bearing N 16° 09' W;
thence from said point of intersection, N 16° 09' W 428.15 feet to an inter-
section with a course in the Northerly boundary of said Parcel 3 which bears
S 380 03' W, said point of intersection being S 38° 03' W 27.74 feet from
the most Northerly corner of said Parcel 3. The side lines of said 5 foot
easement shall be lengthened or shortened as required to terminate in the
Northerly boundary of said Parcel 3.
