LEGAL DESCRIPTION
OFFSITE -SEWER EASEMENT
Being an easement for sanitary sewer purposes in, on, over, under
of upon that portion of the North one-half of Section 1, Township
8 South, Range 8 West, S.B.B.& M., being also a portion of Parcel Q
as per map filed in Book 2, Page 31 of Records of Surveys, in the
office of the County Recorder of said county, included within a
strip of land 20.00 feet wide, the centerline of which is described
as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southerly terminus of that certain course described,
in the deed to the City of San Juan Capistrano recorded on November
19, 1970, as Instrument No. 11776, in Book 9485, Page 495 et seq.,
of Official Reocrds of said county, as having a bearing and distance
of "South 00' 53' 59" West, 298.61 feet",
Thence North 70° 34' 00" East, 564.00 feet,
Thence North 190 26' 00" West, 199.61 feet.
The sides of said 20.00 foot strip of land shall be prolonged or
shortened so as to intersect at all angle points and terminate
Westerly in the boundary of the land conveyed to the City of San Juan
Capistrano by the deed hereinbefore described and Northerly in a line
normal to and passing through the Northerly terminus of the course
hereinbefore described as "North 190 26' 00" West, 199.61 feet".
