does hereby GRANT to the CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, a temporary
easement and right of way for public roadway purposes in, on and
over the real property in the City of San Juan Capistrano, County
of Orange, State of California, described as:
"The Northerly 24.00 feet of the Southerly 54.00 feet
of the following described parcel:
That portion of Fractional Section 14, Township 8
South, Range 8 West, S.B.B.&M., described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Fractional
Section 14; thence North 890 43' West 235 feet; thence
South 01 18' 30" East on a line parallel to the East
line of said Section 14, a distance of 652.3 feet to a
point on the North line of the Rancho Boca de la Playa;
thence North 89° 45' East 235 feet to the East line of
said Fractional Section 14; thence North 0° 18' 30"
West 650.13 feet to the point of beginning.
EXCEPTING therefrom the portion lying Westerly of the
Easterly line of the land conveyed to the Orange County
Flood Control District by deed recorded January 3, 1963,
in Book 6380, page 192 of Official Records.
EXCEPTING also the Easterly 80.00 feet of said Northerly
24.00 feet of said Southerly 54.00 feet of said parcel."
