LANDSCAPE AND FENCE EASEMENT DEED
For no monetary consideration, the CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, a Municipal
Corporation, does hereby grant to MS. JILL WALKER, owner of Lot 107, Tract 5657, an
easement for landscape(tree)and fence purposes overthat portion of Lot 150,Tract 5657
as shown on Exhibit "A".
This easement is being granted in order for the property owner to retain an existing Ash
tree, located at the north easterly corner of Lot 150, Tract 5657. As conditioned and
approved by the City Council of the City of San Juan Capistrano at their meeting of
October 21, 2003, the easement area will revert back to the City of San Juan Capistrano
upon the death or removal of said Ash tree.
