33 inclusive of Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of said county,
the Westerly line of said 10.00 foot strip being described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southwest corner of the Northerly 173.06 feet, measured along the Easterly
line, of the E$sterly 170.06 feet, measured along the Northerly line, of said Lot 35;
thence South 0 591 3011 West parallel with the Easterly line of said Lot 35 a distance
of 740.00 feet.
The Easterly line of said 10.00 foot strip, is to be prolonged or shortened so as to
terminate in the Southerly line of said Northerly 173.06 feet of Lot 35.
Grantor herein grants only that portion of said easement that crosses its property.
