EXHIBIT A
An Easement, 15.00 feet in width, for the construction, maintenance and repair
of sewer lines and appurtenances, over, under and across a portion of Section
25, Township 7 South, Range 8 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, as shown
on a Map filed in Book 91, pages 47, 48 and 49, Record of Surveys, in the office
of the County Recorder of Orange County, State of California, the centerline of
which is described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwesterly corner of Lot "G" of Tract No. 7760, as shown on
a Map thereof recorded in Book 303, pages 28, 29 and 30, Miscellaneous Maps, in
the office of the County Recorder of Orange County, said point being in the arc
of a 970.00 -foot radius curve concave Southeasterly, a radial line to said point
bears North 55" 29' 37" West; thence South 64' 18' 00" East along the Northeast-
erly line of said Lot "G" 30.09 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence
leaving said Northeasterly line North 29° 50' 32" East 125.33 feet; thence
North 38° 43' 58" East 293.98 feet.
The sidelines of said easement shall be foreshortened or lengthened so as to
terminate Southerly in the Northeasterly line of said Lot "G" and Northerly at
right angles to, and 7.50 feet distant therefrom, the Northerly terminus of the
last course hereinabove described.
