GRANTS to THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, a municipal corporation of
the State of California ("Grantee"), nonexclusive easements for the purposes and over
that portion of Lot D of Tract No. 12954, in the City of San Juan Capistrano, County
of Orange, State of California, as per map filed in Book 597, Pages 1 to 34, inclusive,
of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of said County more particularly described and
depicted on Exhibits A and B attached hereto and by this reference incorporated
herein.
