STREET A N D HIGHWAY PURPOSES purposes in, on and over the real property in the City
of San Juan Capistrano, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
DESCRIPTION OF EASEMENT:
All that certain land situated in the State of California, County
of Orange, City of San Juan Capistrano, described as follows:
A strip of land 72.00 feet in width in Lot 31 of _T-xzet No. 103,
as shown on a map recorded in book 11, pages 29^ to 33, inclusive
of Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of said
Orange County, the centerline of said strip being described as
follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of Camino Capistrano
shown as "California State Highway" on the map of said Tract No.
103 with a line parallel with and Southerly 46.00 feet, (measured
at right angles) from the Westerly prolongation of the North line
of the land described in deed recorded in book 2251, page 440 of
Official Record in the office of said County Recorder of Orange
County, thence South 89° 00' 30" East 250.00 feet along said parallel
line to the beginning of a tangent curve concave Northwesterly and
having a radius of 350.00 feet; thence Northeasterly 330.24 feet
along said curve through a central angle of 54° 03' 41" to a point
on said curve through which a radial bears South 53° 04' 11" East.
Except that portion thereof lying Westerly of the East line of the
land described in said deed recorded in book 2251, page 440 of said
Official Records.
