FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,

do hereby GRANT to the CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, - a perpetual easement and right of
way for public utility, sewer pipeline, and miscellaneous pipeline purposes in on and over the real
property to the City of San Juan Capistrano, County of Orange, State of California, and as described as:
That portion of Section 5, Township 8, South, Range 7 West, San
Bernardino base and meridian, in the City of San Juan Capistrano,
County of Orange, State of California, within the properties
shown on Parcel Map 31-45 and described as follows:
A strip of land 25 feet in width of which the northeasterly
boundary is coincidental and contiguous with the north-
easterly property line of Parcel 1. The southwesterly
boundary of said land is coincidental and contiguous with
the southerly roadway easement, per O.R. 11202, Book 8574,
Pgs 387 and 388, dated April 16, 1968, at the County Re-
corders Office of said County, and is lengthened or
shortened to terminate at the northwesterly and southeas-
terly property lines.
