The City's right to restrict vehicular access to Calle Ricardo as noted on
the Final Map of Tract 9682, recorded with the Orange County Recorder's
Office on November 13, 1977 in Book 413, pages 36 and 37. The City does
retain the right to restrict said access to approved driveways and street
intersections.
