IRREVOCABLE OFFER OF DEDICATION
THE SWALLOWS FOUNDATION, the record owner of the following
described property in the City of San Juan Capistrano, County of Orange, State
of California:
26720 Verdugo Street, San Juan Capistrano, CA 92675 (described on
Exhibit A and attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference),
does hereby irrevocably offer to sell the above described property, (described in
Exhibit A) to the City of San Juan Capistrano, a municipal corporation, for the
cost of one dollar ($1.00).
The undersigned agrees to execute the offer to sell the property to the
City of San Juan Capistrano once the property is owned free by the Swallows
Foundation and is clear of all loans and encumbrances.
It is understood and agreed that this agreement shall be irrevocable upon
its acceptance by the City of San Juan Capistrano and that it shall be binding
upon the undersigned's successors or assigns.
