hereby REMISES, RELEASES AND QUITCLAIMS to

that property in the City of San Juan Capistrano, County of Orange,
State of California, described as follows:
A strip of land ten (10) feet in width, extending
in an Easterly and Westerly direction across Lot
35, Tract No. 103, as shown on a Map thereof
recorded in Book 11, page 29 et seq, lying parallel
to and approximately 450.00 feet distant Southerly
from the Northerly line of said Lot 35•
