the City of San Juan Capistrano, County of Orange, State of Califania, the
southwesterly line of which is described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the southeasterly line of Lot 4, of Tract
No. 7221, as shown on a map recorded in Book 293, pages 49 and 50,
of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, said point being
North 320 331 0011 East, 29.69 feet from the most southerly corner
of said Lot 4; thence, South 450 31' 0011 East, 133.24 feet to the
northwesterly right of way line of Camino Capistrano as shown on
a map filed in Book 61, page 40 of Records of Surveys of said
Orange County.
