An easement for slope purposes in the City of San Juan Capistrano, County of
Orange, State of California over that portion of the Pryor Homestead Tract in
the Rancho Boca de 1a Playa allotted to Rosa A. De Pryor by decree of partition
in Case No. 1210 Superior Court of the County of Orange, State of California
described as follows:
Beginning at the most northeasterly corner of Lot 6, Tract No. 7221 as shown
on a map recorded in Book 283, pages 49 and 50 of Miscellaneous Maps in the
office of the County Recorder of said Orange County; thence N84033'00"E 26. 61
feet along the southerly line of Avenida Aeropuerto as conveyed to the City of
San Juan Capistrano by deed recorded March 28, 1967 in Book 8210, page 769 of
Official Records in the office of said County Recorder to the beginning of a tangent
curve concave southerly and having a radius of 270. 00 feet; thence easterly along
