doh hereby GRANT to the CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, - a perpetual easement and right of way for
construction, operation and maintenance of a sanitary sewer on and over the real property in the City
of San Juan Capistrano, County of Orange, State of California, described as: an easement, 20.00 feet in
width, over a portion of Lot G, Tract No. 6381, as shown on a map thereof, recorded in
Book 433, pages 5 to 15, inclusive, of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California, the centerline of which is described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Northerly boundary of said Lot G which bears South 590 00' 00"
East, along said Northerly boundary, 146.91 feet from the most Northwesterly corner of
said Lot G; thence, from said point of beginning, South 16° 34' 07" East, 157.05 feet to
a point in the Southerly boundary of said Lot G, which bears North 89° 34' 43" West, along
said Southerly boundary, 511.81 feet from the most Easterly corner of said Lot G.
The side lines of said easement, lying 10.00 feet, measured at right angles, on each
side of the above described centerline, shall be lengthened or shortened so as to
terminate at the Northerly end thereof on the Northerly boundary of said Lot G, and at
the Southerly end thereof on the Southerly boundary of said Lot G.

This is to certify that the interest in real property conveyed by the Easement
Deed for a perpetual easement and right-of-way for construction, operation, and
maintenance of a sanitary sewer over a 20 foot wide portion of Tract 6381, Lot G, dated
November 14, 1984, from Stoneridge Homeowner's Association to the CITY OF SAN
JUAN CAPISTRANO, a political corporation and/or governmental agency, is hereby
accepted by order of the City Council on June 16, 1987, and the grantee consents to
recordation thereof by its duly authorized officer.
