FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
STONERIDGE ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, a California non-profit mutual
benefit corporation, does hereby grant to the CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, a
Municipal Corporation, a perpetual easement for Hiking and Equestrian
purposes in, on and over the real property in the City of San Juan
Capistrano, County of Orange, State of California, as shown on Exhibit A
(attached) and as described as follows:
Beginning at the most Southwesterly corner of Lot G of Tract 6381, as shown
on a map recorded in Book 433, pages 5 through 15, inclusive, of
Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California. Thence, South
89°-34'-43" East 220.00' to a point on the boundary of Tracts 6381 and 11753 ;
Thence North 0°-01'-26" West 30,00'; Thence North 89°-34'43" West 220:00' to a point in the
Boundary of Tracts 6381 and 12954; Thence South 00-O1'-26" 30:00' to the point beginning.
Said easement contains 0.151 acres.
