do hereby GRANT to the CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, - a perpetual easement and right of
way for public utility, sewer pipeline, and miscellaneous pipeline purposes in on and over the real
property in the City of San Juan Capistrano, County of Orange, State of California, within the most
northerly property as shown in Record of Survey 66/37, dated February 1963, and as described as follows:
That portion of Section 5, Township 8, South, Range 7 West, San
Bernardino base and meridian, in the City of San Juan Capistrano,
County of Orange, State of California, within the most northerly
property as shown in Record of Survey 66/37, dated February 1963,
' and described as:
A strip of land 12.5 feet in width of which the southwes-
terly boundary line is coincidental and contiguous with the
southwesterly property line, described as S 380 14' 00" E,
148.40 feet on said Record of Survey. The northeasterly
boundary line of said strip of land is lengthened or
shortened to terminate at the property lines of the previ-
ously described property.
