A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
JUAN CAPISTRANO, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A PORTION OF
THE IRREVOCABLE OFFER FOR STREET EASEMENT OFFERED
ON PARCEL MAP 73/14-15 (SPAULDING)
WHEREAS, the Parcel Map recorded in Book 73, Pages 14 and 15 of
— Miscellaneous Maps of the County Recorder of the County of Orange, irrevocably offered
the easement for public street purposes over Lot A of Parcel 3 as shown on said parcel
map to the City of San Juan Capistrano; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Juan Capistrano did not accept
said irrevocable offers on said parcel map, but now has determined on this date that it is
in the best interest of the City of San Juan Capistrano to accept a portion of the
irrevocable offer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
San Juan Capistrano, does hereby accept a portion of the irrevocable roadway offer on
Parcel Map 73/14-15 as follows:
That certain real property situated in the City of San Juan Capistrano, County
of Orange, State of California, as shown on the attached map (Parcel X), and
described as follows:
That portion of Lot A being a fee portion of Parcel 3 of lands shown on a map
recorded in Book 73, Pages 14 and 15 of Parcel Maps of said Orange County
(P.M. 73/14-15), described as follows:
BEGINNING at the most easterly corner of Parcel 3 of said P.M. 73/14-15,
being the southeasterly terminus of that certain course in the boundary of said
Parcel 3 shown as "N. 612 29' 06" W. 51.67 feet on said P.M. 73/14-15, said
point also being the most southerly corner of Parcel 3 on said P.M. 73/14-13;
thence, northwesterly N. 6111 29' 06" W. 47.17 feet; thence, S. 282 30' 54" W.
30.00 feet; thence, S. 6111 29' 06" E. 36.75 feet; thence, N. 4711 40' 00" E. 31.76
feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 20th day
of January .1987.
