Beginning at the most Northerly corner of said land,
said point being on the existing right-of-way for Ortega
Highway, as deeded to said County by a deed recorded. in
Book 2.43, Page 1, of said Official Records, thence along
the Easterly line of said land, South 12000125"East,
76.15 feet, to a point on a non -tangent curve, concave
Southeasterly, with a radius of 1465.00 feet, a radial to
said Point bearing North 40008147" West, thence South-
westerly along said curve, through a central angle of
16041'55", an arc distance of 426.97 feet, to a point on
the west line of said land, said point being distant along
said line 66.95 feet from the most westerly corner of said
land, thence, along said West line, North 12000'25" East,
66.95 feet, and North 32038125" East, 203.97 feet, to a
point on a non -tangent curve, concentric to the first
mentioned curve, with a radius of 1535.00 feet, a radial
to said point bearing North 47025138" west, thence
