of land 10.00 feet wide, the centerline of which is described
as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Easterly line of, the land shown
on the map filed in Book 91, Pages 47 to 49 inclusive of Record
of Surveys, records of said County, said point being South

beginning of a tangent curve concave Southwesterly and having a
