WYLIE CARLYLE, County Recorder FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of Ten Dollars ", (*10.00) and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, MYRON ROY SMITH and RICHARD ALLEN SMITH, Successor Trustees under Declaration of Trust dated May 7, 1957, as to an undivided one-half interest, and OSO RANCH COMPANY, a partnership consisting of Myron Roy Smith, Richard Allen Smith and Virginia Lee Turner, as to an undivided one-half interest, DO HEREBY GRANT TO: The CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, a Municipal Corporation an easement for Sewer Main purposes, ten feet (10') in width, in, over, under, across and through the real property described in Grant Deed, recorded Feb. 23, 1960 in Book 5111, Page 341, Official Records of Orange County, California, the centerline of which is described as follows: Beginning at a point in a course which bears S 50 14' W 336.3 feet from an angle point in the westerly line of the 60 foot right-of-way of the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway, distant along said course S 50 14' 161 13.72 feet from said angle point, said point of beginning being 5.00 feet, measured at right angles from said westerly right-of-way line; thence from said point of beginning N 160 09' W 337.03 feet, parallel with said westerly right-of-way line to an intersection with the northerly line of the parcel of land described in the above re- ferenced Deed, which bears S 890 52' East, said point of inter- section being N 8<,° 52' W 5,21 feet from the easterly terminus BOOK9274 Pace 554 of said last mentioned course, said point of intersection being also 5.00 feet, measured at right angles, from said westerly right-of-way line.
