FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
Donald W. Shaw and Marilyn S. Shaw, Husband and Wife, as Joint Tenants
do hereby GRANT to the CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, - a perpetual easement and right of
way for public utility, sewer pipeline, and miscellaneous pipeline purposes in on and over the real
property in the City of San Juan Capistrano, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
That portion of Section 5, Township 8, South, Range 7 West, San
Bernardino base and meridian, in the City of San Juan Capistrano,
County of Orange, State of California, within the property shown
on Parcel Map 33-9, dated November 30, 1970, and is described as
follows:
A strip of land 37.5 feet in width of which the north-
easterly boundary is coincidental and contiguous with the
northeasterly property line of Parcel 2. The southwesterly
boundary line of said strip of land is lengthened or
shortened to terminate on the southwesterly and north-
easterly property lines. Said strip of land is coincidental
