doeshereby GRANT to the CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, a perpetual easement and right of way for
public street and utility purposes in, on and over the real property in the City
of San Juan Capistrano, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
That portion of Section 1, Township 8 South, Range 8 West,
San Bernardino Base and Meridian, being the most southerly 6.00 feet
of that certain parcel of land described in deed to Santa Fe Land
Improvement Company recorded as Document No. 9730 of May 9, 1974, in
Book 11140 at page 422 of Official Records of said County (the southerly
line of said 6.00 foot strip being also the northerly line of Verdugo
Street, 40.00 feet wide).
SUBJECT TO:
Assessments, conditions, easements, reservations, restrictions,
rights of way, and other matters, if any, of record.
