A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, CALIFORNIA, CALLING
AN IRREVOCABLE OFFER OF DEDICATION FOR DIVISION
OF LAND 77-6 (SANDERSON)
WHEREAS, Division of Land 77-6 was recorded in
Book No. 108, Pages Nos. 17 and 18 inclusive of Parcel Maps of
Orange County, California, on December 12, 1977. Included on
this map was a 60 -foot wide irrevocable offer of dedication
described and shown as "Offer A" and attached as Exhibit "A";
and,
WHEREAS, the City Council at their regular meeting of
November 16, 1977, approved said map, and did not accept the
irrevocable offer; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council recognizes the immediate
need to call for dedication and improve the commuter road.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the City Council
of the City of San Juan Capistrano does hereby accept the
dedication of "Offer A" for public street, public utility and
equestrian purposes.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of
March 1 1978 , by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Sweeney, McDowell, Friess, Nash,
and Mayor Heckscher
NOES: None
