FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
SAN JUAN SCHOOL DISTRICT does hereby grant to CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, a
perpetual easement for sewer purposes over, under and across that certain
real property located in the City of San Juan Capistrano, County of Orange,
6 State of California, described as follows:
7 An easement for the construction, reconstruction,
maintenance and repair of sanitary sewer pipelines
8 and appurtenances necessary thereto over, under and
across a strip of land 10.00 feet in width lying
9 5,00 feet on each side of the following described
line:

Beginning at a point in the east line of Tract
11 No. 808 per map thereof recorded in Book 24, page
` 23 of Miscellaneous Maps of.Orange County, distant
+' 12 thereon North 10 181 00" East 10.02 feet from the
,y southeast corner of said Tract; thence South 720
13 30• East 196 feet more or less in a direct line to
the intersection with the west line of the San Diego
14 Freeway of the centerline of that certain easement
for sewer purposes conveyed to the San Juan Capistrano
16 Sanitary District by deed recorded October 5, 1954,
in Book 2834, page 269 of Official Records of said
16 County.
17 The side lines of above described 10 -foot strip
to be lengthened or shortened, as the case may be so
18 as to originate in said east Tract line and terminate
19 in said west Freeway line.
