for ingress and egress for construction, maintenance, and operation over, under, in and across and
along the real property in the City of San Juan Capistrano, County of Orange, State of California, as
described in Exhibit A and shown on Exhibit A-1, attached hereto and made a part hereof.
It is understood that each undersigned grantor grants only that portion of the above-described land
in which said grantor has an interest.

A 15 feet wide strip of land in Section 7, Township 8 South, Range 7 West, San Bernardino
base and meridian, according to the official plat of said land filed in the District Land Office,
April 12, 1875, the centerline of said strip described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the centerline of San Juan Creek Road, 60.00 feet in
width which bean north 50011'48' east a distance of 346.57 feet from the
southerly terminus of that certain course shown as north 50.11'48" east a distance
of 1949.64 feet on a map fled in Book 68, Page 45 of Record of Surveys on file
in the office of the County recorder of Orange County, California; thence along
said centerline north 50011'48" east a distance of 575.00 feet; thence leaving said
centerline north 39048'12" west a distance of 30.00 feet; being this point on the
northwesterly line of said San Juan Creek Road and also being this the true mint
of beginning of the southwesterly sideline of the 15 feet wide easement being
granted to the City of San Juan Capistrano; thence continuing north 39448'12'
west a distance of 279.98 feet; thence north 02.29'46" west a distance of 24.79
feet to the centerline of the 15 feet wide easement said point also being on the
northeasterly sideline of the aforementioned 15 feet wide easement; thence
continuing north 02 °29'46" west a distance of 10.11 feu; thence north 08'16'45*
west 76.51 feet to terminate on the southeasterly sideline of the 250 feet wide San
Juan Creek right-of-way. Both sidelines of said 15 foot wide easement shall be
extended or foreshortened so as to terminate on the game southeasterly sideline
of the San Juan Creek right-of-way.

Resolution No. 95-3-21-1, which accepted the sewer easement constructed across the San Juan Hills

your files. The Deed has been forwarded to the Orange County Recorder's Office.
