ACCEPTING EASEMENT FOR UTILITY AND PUBLIC FACILITY PURPOSES -
TRACT 14379/PEPPERWOOD ESTATES (SAN JUAN ENCLAVE, LLC)
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN
CAPISTRANO, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A PREVIOUSLY OFFERED
IRREVOCABLE OFFER OF DEDICATION OFAN EASEMENT, IDENTIFIED
AS "OFFER F," FOR UTILITYAND PUBLIC FACILITY PURPOSES, TRACT
44379/PEPPERWOOD ESTATES (SAN JUAN ENCLAVE, LLC)
WHEREAS, on July 7, 1998, the City conditionally approved the amended
Tract Map 14379 for a thirty -three -lot subdivision; and,
WHEREAS, San Juan Enclave, LLC, the developer of the amended Tract
Map 14379, has irrevocably offered to the City, on said Map, an easement for access,
utility, and public facility purposes identified as "Offer F," recorded with the Orange County
Recorder; and,
WHEREAS, the City now wishes to accept the easement dedication offered
via said irrevocable offer identified as "Offer F."
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
San Juan Capistrano as follows:
SECTION 1.
That the offer of dedication for an easement for utility and public facility
purposes, previously accepted as an irrevocable offer identified as "Offer F," recorded on
amended Tract Map 14379, is now accepted.

SECTION 2.
That the access rights of "Offer F' are not accepted as part of this Resolution
SECTION 3.
That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the
Resolution accepting said irrevocable offer identified as "Offer F."

That the City Clerk is hereby authorized to forward the Resolution to the
Orange County Recorder's Office for recordation.
