ACCEPTANCE OF AN EASEMENT FOR INGRESS, EGRESS, STREET, UTILITIES
AND ACCESS PURPOSES (DOROTHY MARIE BECK)
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN
CAPISTRANO, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT FROM
DOROTHY MARIE BECK FOR INGRESS, EGRESS, STREET, UTILITIES
AND ACCESS PURPOSES WITHIN ASSESSORS PARCEL 673-061-08,
LOCATED NORTH OF DEL OBISPO STREET, EAST OF PASEO DE LA
PAZ
WHEREAS, in order to assist in providing access to a proposed subdivision,
Parcel Map 97-225 (Scalzo), and existing and future residents adjacent to this easement,
Ms. Dorothy Marie Beck has agreed to grant the subject easement, attached as Exhibit "A"
to the City for ingress, egress, street, utilities and access purposes; and,
WHEREAS, the City will accept said easement in order to provide said
access and to provide right-of-way for construction and maintenance of a roadway per the
conditions set forth in a License Agreement between the City of San Juan Capistrano and
the Martin and Marion Scalzo Family Trust, recorded as Document No. 20000356142
with the Orange County Recorder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
San Juan Capistrano does hereby accept said easement for use bythe general public, and
directs the City Clerk to forward this Resolution to the Orange County Recorder for
recordation.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 20th day of June, 2000.

EASEMENT DEED
For valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, ( I ) Marie Bailey Beck, being
the Trustee for the Beck Family Trust, do hereby grant to the CITY OF SAN JUAN
CAPISTRANO, a municipal corporation, a perpetual easement and right -of- way for road, ingress,
egress, street, sewer, utilities and access purposes in, across, over and through my property, situated
in the City of San Juan Capistrano, County of Orange. Grantor shall remain and be without any
liability, and it is further understood that the easement terms and conditions are as contained in an
easement deed granted to the County of Orange, recorded October 18, 1961, in Book 5884, Pages
182 through 183. Said easement being described as follows:
A strip of land 30.00 feet in width within the northeast quarter of Section 11, T. 8 S., R. 8
W., S.B.M., lying southwesterly of and adjoining the following described line:
Beginning at a point in the northeasterly line of Lot 7 of Tract No. 318 as shown on a map
thereof recorded in Book 14, Page 39 of Miscellaneous Maps of said Orange County, said point being
distant N. 38 degrees 21'00" W., 566.64 feet from the intersection of the southeasterly prolongation
of said northeasterly line with the center line of McKinley Avenue, 40.00 feet in width, as shown on
said reap; thence N. 38 degrees 21'00" W., 287.33 feet.
