cellaneous Maps, records of orange County, California, inc,uded within
a strip of land, 10.00 feet in width, described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwesterly terminus of that certain course in
the centerline of Alipaz Street shown as "N. 570 12' 49" E. 432.371" on
said map of Tract No. 11086; thence North 570 12' 49".East, along said
centerline of Alipaz Street, 102.00 feet; thence North 320 47' 11" West,
5.00 feet to the true point of beginning of the 10.00 feet wide strip of
land herein described; thence from said true point of beginning, North
570 12' 49" East along a line parallel to and 5.00 feet Northwesterly of
said Alipaz Street centerline, 330.37 feet to the beginning of a tangent
curve, concave Northwesterly, and having a radius of 1195.00 feet;
thence in a Northeasterly direction along the arc of said curve, through
a central angle of 80 18' 29", a distance of 173.28 feet; thence•North

road along the right of way with the right of reasonable ingress and egress over grantor's property to and from right of way.

which may arise to crops, fences or buildings from the laying, construction, maintenance or operation of the pipe line, provided,
however, that grantor........ shall not construct or maintain on the premises, over which this right of way is granted, any buildings
or other structures, plant trees, inundate, or change the grade of the premises. Damages to crops, fences, buildings or other struc•
tures, if not mutually agreed upon, are to be determined by three disinterested persons; one to be appointed by the grantor........,
or assigns, one by the grantees, or assigns, and the third by the two so appointed. The award of the three persons, or any two of
them, shall be final and conclusive.
