A temporary easement for construction purposes, not to
exceed one year in duration from the date of execution
hereof, over that portion of Lot 2 of Tract No. 112 in the City
of San Juan Capistrano, County of Orange, State of California,
as per map recorded in Book 11, Page 12 of Miscellaneous Maps
in the office of the County Recorder of said County included
within a strip -of land 25 feet wide, the Northeasterly line of
which is described as follows:
Beginning at a point South 25° 58' 31" West 118.36 feet
from the Northeasterly terminus of that certain course shown
as North 250 58' 31" East 1294.78 feet in .the Southeasterly
line of the land shown on the map filed in Book 91, Pages 47
to 49 inclusive of Record of. Surveys, records of said County;
said point being on a non -tangent curve concave Southwesterly
and having a radius of 40.00 feet, a radial to said point
bears North 300 39' 17" East; thence Southeasterly 8.02 feet
along said curve through a central angle of 11° 29' 33"; thence
tangent to said curve'South 47° 51' 10" East 40.00 feet to the
beginning of a tangent curve concave Southwesterly and having
a radius of 85.00 feet; thence Southeasterly 34.85 feet along
said curve through a central angle of 23° 29' 34"; thence
tangent to said curve South 24° 21' 36" East 40.00 feet to the
beginning of a tangent curve concave Northeasterly and having
a radius of 50.00 feet; thence Southeasterly 25.74 feet along
said curve through a central angle of 290 30' 02" to the
Westerly line of the land described in the deed to the Orange
County Flood Control District zecorded August 27, 1937 in,
Book 898, Page 576 of Official Records, records of said County.
The Southwesterly line of said strip is to be prolonged
or shortened to terminate at said Southeasterly and Westerly lines.
Subject to covenants, conditions, reservations, re_3trictions,
rights of way and easements, if any, of record.
