do hereby GRANT to the CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, - a perpetual easement and right of way for
sanitary sewer purposes in, on and over the real property in the City
of San Juan Capistrano, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
A strip of land, 10 feet wide, being a portion of the Southwest quarter of the
Northwest quarter of Section 6, in Township 8 South, Range 7 West, San Bernar-
dino Meridian, described as lying 5 feet on each side of the following des-
cribed centerline:
Beginning at a point lying in the Easterly boundary of that certain parcel
shown as "F. A. Stoffel, 9.095 Ac.", on a map recorded in Book 12, page 6 of
Record of Surveys of Orange County, California, said point of beginning lies
North 00 29' 00" West, 105.00 feet from the Southeast corner of said 9.095 -acre
parcel; thence North 31° 00' 00" East, 78.00 feet, more or less, to a point
of intersection with the Southwesterly right of way line of Rancho Viejo Road,
a public street 84.00 feet wide, said point of intersection being the,point
of termination of said centerline.
Said easement shall terminate at the Northeasterly end thereof in said South-
westerly right of way line of Rancho Viejo Road; and shall terminate at the
Southwesterly end thereof on lines bearing South 00 29' 00" East and South
89. 21! 00" West from said point of beginning.
