right-of-way for sanitary sewer purposes in, on and over the real property in the City of San Juan
Capistrano, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
DESCRIPTION OF EASEMENT:
An easement 10.00 feet in width for sanitary sewer line purposes over that portion of
the Southwest 1/4 of Section 6, T. 8 S., R. 7 W., S.B.M., being described as follows:
Beginning at the Westerly terminus of that certain course of South 73025' West
368.50 feet in the Northerly line of a parcel of land designated as "Stoffel & Romer
7.953 Ac." on a map filed in Book 12, Page 6 of Record of Surveys in the Office of the
County Recorder of Orange County, California, said point also being the Northeasterly
corner of land described in the deed to the State of California recorded August 9, 1957
in Book 4000, Page 301 of Official Records of said Orange County; thence South
19043'48" East 10.02 feet along the Easterly line of said land to the State of
Californiathence leaving said Easterly line North 73025100" East 10.02 feet; thence
So8th 19 43148" East 472.00 feet parallel with said Easterly line; thence South
24 41146" East 138.62 feet to a line parallel with and distant Northerly 232.96 feet,
measured at right angles, from the center line of Ortega Highway as described in a
deed to the Statoe of California recorded in Book 1047, Page 475 of Official Records;
thence North 69 00134" East 10.02 fSet along said parallel line; thence North 24041146"
West 138.83 feet; thence North 19 43148" Weft 481.04 feet to the Northerly line of
