DESCRIPTION OF EASEMENT:
An easement 10.00 feet in width for ingress and egress for sewer
maintenance purposes over that portion of the Southwest 1/4 of
Section 6, T. 8 S., R. 7W., S.B.M., being described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeasterly corner of that certain
parcel of land designated as "Stoffel & Romer 7.953 Ac." on a
map filed in Book 12, Page 6 of Record of Surveys in the office
of the County Recorder of Orange County, California; thence South
73°25'00" West 31.22 feet along the Northerly line of said parcel
to the true point of beginning; thence South 73° 25' 00" West
337.28 feet to an angle point in the Northerly line of said parcel,
said point also being the Northeasterly corner of land described in
the deed to the State of California recorded August 9, 1957 in Book
4000, Page 301 of Official Records of said Orange County; thence
South 19°43'48" East 10.02 feet along the Easterly line of said
land to the State of California; thence North 73025'00" East 333.84
feet parallel with said Northerly line; thence North 0029'00" West
10.41 feet to the true point of beginning,
