QUITCLAIM to the CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO the real property in the City of
San Juan Capistrano, County of Orange, State of California described as
That portion of the southeast one-quarter of Section 6, township 8 south, Range 7 west,
San Bernadino meridian, according to the official plat filed in the District Land Office,
April 8, 1875, included within the land described in a deed to Romarco Realty
Corporation recorded May 23, 1958 in Book 4294, Page 176 of official records of Orange
County, California, bounded as follows:
On the north by the south line of Lot 81 of Tract No. 7626, as shown on a map recorded
in Book 340, Page 33 of miscellaneous maps of said Orange County; on the east by the
west line of La Novia Avenue, 104 feet wide, as shown and dedicated upon the map of
said Tract No. 7626; on the south by the north line of the parcel of land described in the
deed to Frank A. Forster, recorded March 24, 1921 in Book 374, Page 51 of deeds,
records of said Orange County; and bounded on the west by the west line of the parcel of
land described in the deed to John J. Harrison and wife, recorded October 25, 1917 in
Book 309, Page 99 of deeds, records of said Orange County.
