A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING
AN IRREVOCABLE OFFER FOR STREET AND EQUESTRIAN
PATH PURPOSES ON PARCEL MAP DIVISION OF LAND
76-11, BOOK 106/PAGES 19-20 (ROGERS)
WHEREAS, an irrevocable offer for street and equestrian
path purposes was made to the City of San Juan Capistrano on
Parcel Map Division of Land 76-11, recorded in Miscellaneous Maps
of the County Recorder, County of Orange, in Book 106, Pages 19
through 20 inclusive; said irrevocable offer is "Offer C" on said
Parcel Map and constitutes the northeasterly 30 feet of Parcels 2
and 3 thereon; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Juan
Capistrano did not accept the irrevocable offer, said "Offer C",
for street and equestrian path purposes on said Parcel Map.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San
Juan Capistrano has determined that the need now exists for
accepting said "Offer C" and does hereby accept the irrevuuable
offer for street and equestrian path purposes across the
northeasterly 30 feet of Parcel 2 and 3 of said Parcel Map
(Offer C.)
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of
December , 1979 , by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Hausdorfer, Schwartze, Thorpe,
Buchheim and Mayor Friess
