FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, R.E.H.
Holdings, does hereby GRANT to CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, an easement for
sanitary sewer purposes, and for ingress and egress for construction, maintenance, and operation
over, under, in, and across the real property in the City of San Juan Capistrano, County of
Orange, State of California, as described in Exhibit A and shown on Exhibit A-1, attached hereto
and made a part hereof.
It is understood that each undersigned grants only that portion of the above-described land in
which said grantor has an interest.

EASEMENT DEED
DESCRIPTION OF EASEMENT:
An easement 10 feet wide for the purpose of sanitary sewer construction paralleling the
southeasterly right of way of Interstate 5 Freeway and overlapping a 20 feet wide easement
to Capistrano Valley Water District in and across, that portion of Lot 31 of Tract No. 103, as
shown on the map recorded in Book 11, Pages 29 to 33 inclusive of Miscellaneous Maps in
the office of the County Recorder, County of Orange, State of California.
The centerline of said 10 -feet wide easement being described as follows:
Beginning at a point on a radial line S 70° 50'40" E a distance 5,650.00 feet from the
radius point of a curve concave to the west which parallels the right of way of the
above mentioned Interstate 5 Freeway, being this the true point of beginning of the
10 feet wide easement. Thence from this point continuing northerly along said curve
concave to the west having a central angle of 4°22'58" a radius of 5650.00 feet with
an are length of 432.19 feet. A radial to said point bears S 75013'38" E, this being
the beginning of a 10 -feet wide sewer easement to the City of San Juan Capistrano
alone; thence northeasterly from the last mentioned arc N 59045'33" E, a distance of
8.35 feet, this being the radial projection of a tangent reverse compound curve
concave to the east on the east and southeasterly boundaries of the above mentioned
sewer easement, said arc having a radius of 15 feet, and an arc length of 11.76 feet
through an angle of 44154'12"; thence northeasterly from the last mentioned course
N 59045'33"E, a distance of 624.60 feet to the right-of-way line of a cul-de-sac of
Paseo Tirador.

HERETO AND BY THIS REFERENCE MADE A PART HEREOF.
