do hereby GRANT to the CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, a perpetual easement and right of way for
Street a n d Highway purposes in, on and over the real property in the City
of San Juan Capistrano, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for road and public utility purposes to be used in
common with others over a 50 foot wide strip of land described
as follows:
A certain portion of Lot 60 of Tract 103, in the City of San Juan
Capistrano, County of Orange, State of California, Der man recorded
in Book 11, pages 29 to 33 inclusive of Miscellaneous Mans in the
office of the County Recorder of said county, described as follows:
t That certain 50 foot wide strip of land lying Easterly of, parallel
to, concentric with and contiguous with the Westerly line of that
certain 15,368 acre parcel of land shown on a map filed in Book
76, Page 4 of Records of Surveys in the Office of the County Re-
corder of said Orange County, said Westerly line being described
as follows:
Beginning at a point in the Southerly line of Del Obispo Street
that bears North 8°59'00" West 2.27 feet and South 81048'35"
West 115.05 feet from the Southwest corner of Lot 58 of said
Tract No. 103, said Point of Beginning also being the Northeasterly
corner of lands described in a Grant Deed to the Orange County
Flood Control District as Parcel 1»0f Parcel No. 101, recorded
June 28, 1963, in Book 6609, Page 371, of Official Records of
said Orange County, as said point is shown on a man recorded in
Book 76, Page 4, of Records of Surveys in the office of the County
Recorder of said Orange County, being also North 81048'35" East
324.22 feet and South 8°11'25" East 40.00 feet from the intersection
of the centerline of Alipaz Street with the centerline of Del
Obispo Street: thence Southerly along said Easterly line of said
