Easement for Road and Public Utility Purposes, to be used in common
with others over a parcel of land described as follows:
A certain portion of Lot 60 of Tract 103, in the City of San Juan
Capistrano, County of Orange, State of California, Der map recorded
in Book 11, pages 29 to 33 inclusive of Miscellaneous Maps in the
office of the County Recorder of said county, described as follows:
That certain triangular shaped parcel of land described in an
Easment Deed to the Orange County Flood Control District recorded
June 28, 1963, in Book 6609, Page 374 of Official Records of said
Orange County, being the triangular-shaped parcel of land shown on
a map recorded in Book 76, Page 4 as being bounded on the West by
the Easterly line of a certain 170.00 foot wide strip described
in a Grant Deed to said Orange County Flood Control District as
Parcel 1 of Parcel No. 101, recorded June 28, 1963, in Book 6609
Page 371 of said Official Records: bounded on the North by Del
Obispo Road, 80 feet wide, being 40 feet wide each side of its
centerline: and bounded on the Southeast by the Northwesterly line
of the 15,368 acre parcel shown on said man filed in Book 76,
Page 4, Record of Survey.
