Caoistrano, County of Orange, State of California, ner map recorded
in Book 11, pages 29 to 33 inclusive of Miscellaneous Maos in the office
of the County Recorder of said county, described as follows:
That certain 50 foot wide strip of land lying Easterly of, narallel
to and contiguous with the Westerly line of that certain 0.062 acre
• triangular-shaped parcel of land described in a Grant Deed to Euqenie
Oyharzabal, et al, recorded June 16, 1970, in Book 9318, Page 861
of Official Records of said Orange County, the Easterly line of said
strip to be lengthened or shortened as necessary to terminate in the
Northerly and Southeasterly lines of said triangular-shaned narcel.
