A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE Lrrl CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO ACCEPTING 2j EASEMENT DEEDS FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY 3PURPOSES RE: D. O.L. 70-1070 PARCELS 1 — 4. i 4 ' WHEREAS, the City of San Juan Capistrano had heretofore 5 required the conveyance of easements for road and public utility 6 purposes in connection with Division of Land 70-107 ; and 7I WHEREAS, Provincial Properties, Inc. and Spaulding 8 Equipment Company have executed and delivered four easement 9 deeds to the City. 10 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the four Easement Deeds 11 from Provincial Properties, Inc. and Spaulding Equipment Company, h 12 each conveying easements for road and public utility purpose and 13 identified as Project No. D.
