It is further understood .and agreed that upon such accept- ance by said City, it shall mail or deliver a copy of its resolution of acceptance to the then owners at the address shown on the latest secured assessment roll in the County where said property is located, and within 60 days thereafter said owners shall re- move any and all permanent structures that are affixed to the above described strip of land, and if same are not removed within said 60 day period said owners shall hold the City of San Juan Capistrano free and harmless from, any and all liability for its destruction or removal of same.
