Map recorded in Book 73, Pages 14 and 15 of Parcel Maps of said Orange
County, being a strip contiguous with and lying northwesterly of that
certain boundary line of said Parcel 2, shown as " N. 470 40' 00" E.
218.04' ", on said Parcel Map, the northwesterly line of said strip being
lengthened or shortened to terminate in the northeasterly and southwesterly
boundary lines of said Parcel 2.
