EASEMENT DEED
FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
THE PACIFIC TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY,
a California corporation
does hereby GRANT to the CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, a perpetual easement and right of way for
STREET AND HIGHWAY purposes in, on and over the real property in the City
of San Juan Capistrano, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
That certain portion of the Southeast quarter of Section 11,
Township 8 South, Range 8 West, San Bernardino Meridian, in the City
of San Juan Capistrano, County of Orange, State of California, described
as follows:
A strip of land 42.00 feet in width, measured at right angles
and lying southerly of the following described centerline:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Tract No. 5702, as shown
on a map recorded in Book 250, pages 47 and 48, Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County, California, also being on the centerline
of Camino Del Avion; thence North 89° 39' 52" West 140.00 feet along
the centerline of Camino Del Avion.
Excepting therefrom the Northerly 20.00 feet per Deed of Right
of Way for Camino Del Avion, recorded September 22, 1948, in Book
1704, page 471, of Official Records, records of Orange County, California.
The above described property is not necessary or useful in the Grantor's
duties to the public.
