INC., a corporation, do hereby GRANT to the CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPI-
STRANO, a perpetual easement and right of way for street purposes
in, on and over the real property in the City of San Juan Capistrano,
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
Those portions of Lots 60, 61 and 62 of Tract No. 103,' as per
map recorded in book 11, pages 29 through 33 of Miscellaneous Maps,
in the office of the County Recorder of said County, de-
scribed as follows:
Beginning at the most westerly corner of said Lot 62;
thence along the southwesterly line of said Lot 62, South
44°01'54" East 42.52 feet to a line parallel with and
42.00 feet southeasterly of that portion of the north-
westerly line of said Lot 62 shown as having a bearing
of north 36056130" East on said map of Tract No. 103;
thence along said parallel line, North 36058116" East 217.18
feet to the beginning of a tangent curve, concave south-
easterly and having a radius of 1948.00 feet, said curve
also being tangent with a line parallel with and 42.00
feet southeasterly of that portion of said northwesterly
line of Lot 62 shown as having a bearing of North 42014'30"
East on said map of Tract No. 103; thence northeasterly
along said curve through a central angle of 5°16'28", an
arc length of 179.33 feet to a point of tangency with said
