County, being also the easterly 20 feet of lands shown on a
map filed in Book 38, Page 33, of Record of Surveys of said
Orange County, California.

Beginning at the most easterly terminous of that certain
course shown as 'N. 46° 14' 19" E. 376.16' " in the Southeast-
erly Boundary of Parcel D of lands shown on a Parcel Map re-
corded in Book 78, Page 4, of Parcel Maps of said Orange
County, said point also being the mat northerly corner of
the lands of Ortega Associates, a Partnership described in a
deed recorded in Book 11969, Page 1649 of Official Records
