THIS INDENTURE made the 28 day of December , 19 81
between ROBERT L. CITRON, Tax Collector of the County of Orange, State of California, first party, and
the City of San Juan Capistrano second party, witnesseth:'
THAT WHEREAS, the real property hereinafter described was duly sold and conveyed to the State of California for the
non-payment of taxes which had been legally levied and which were a lien upon said property; and
WHEREAS, in conformity with the provisions of Division 1, Part 6, Chapter 8, Article 2 of the Revenue and Taxation
Code of the State of California, by agreement therein authorized, first party agreed to sell to second party and second party
agreed to purchase from first party the land hereinafter described;
NOW, THEREFORE, the said first party in consideration of the premises and in accordance with the law in such case
made and provided, does hereby grant to the second party, for the sum of
ONE HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS
that certain real property hereinbefore referred to, and situate in the County of Orange, State of California, more particularly
described as follows, to wit:
That portion of the NWk of the SEk of Section 6, Twp 8 South, Range 7
West, SBB & M, described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast term-
inus of that certain course shown on a map of Tract No. 7626, as having
a bearing of North 730 37' 09" West and a distance of 195.21 feet; thence
along said course, North 731 37' 09" West 117.44 feet to the true point
of beginning: thence continuing along said course, North 731 37' 09"
West 77.77 feet; thence South 551 071 51" West 50.73 feet; thence North
630 08' 00" East 48.71 feet; thence South 780 24' 04" East 74.30 feet to
the true point of beginning.
This deed is issued to correct a deed issued November 24, 1981 which was
in error as to legal description.

This conveyance is made and accepted upon the following express conditions:
1. That within 10 years from November 24, 1981 CITY will either devote said property to
public access purposes or reconvey the property to the State of California;
2. That CITY will not offer the property for sale at any time during the ten-year period prescribed in I above;
3. That in the event CITY fails to devote said property to public access
purposes within the ten-year period prescribed in I above, or CITY desires to divest itself of said property within said ten-year
period, CITY will execute a deed to the State of California reconveying to the State all the right, title and interest of the State
in the property which CITY obtained by this Deed. Thereafter, such property shall be held as tax -deeded property by the State;
Provided, that a breach of any of the foregoing conditions shall cause said property to revert to the State of California and the
State of California shall have the right of immediate reentry upon said property, to be exercised by and through its agent the
Orange County Tax Collector, in the event of any such breach.
