CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE

This is to certify that the interest in real property conveyed by the
within deed or grant dated May 7, 1.975 from the City of San Juan Capistrano
to the Orange County Flood Control District, a body corporate and politic,
is hereby accepted under authority of Resolution No. F64-56, adopted by the
Board of Supervisors of said District on June 23, 1964, a certified copy of
which is recorded in Book 7129, page 18 of Official Records of Orange County,
California, and the Grantee consents to the recordation thereof by the under-
signed, its duly authorized officer.
The Director of Planning of the City of San Juan Capistrano has determined
that this project is not subject to any e]_en:ent of the city's adopted general
plan and, therefore, is considered to be an exception to the requirements of
Section 65402 of the California Govern;cen` Code. A Negative Declaration for
this project was filed with the County Clerk of Orange County, in compliance
with the state and local regulations for implementation of the Environmental
Quality Act of 1970.
